Some situations can be solved quickly, some are ongoing and some may be sporadic. That is why we offer several ways to access our services and the best approach requires a conversation and a mutually agreed-upon plan.

The first step is a 30-minute conversation that is provided at no cost to you. This will determine what other support may be necessary or appropriate.

If appropriate, a written assessment and an Action Plan with recommendations will be done. This information is yours to keep regardless of whether you choose to implement any of the recommendations.
